Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification that we have received your item.
- You will also be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing times vary between institutions.
