Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on select items, including hydraulic scissor hoist kits, trailer jack kits, direct push kits, tilt deck kits, and more (as noted on individual product pages).

Important: Free shipping applies only to deliveries sent to a commercial business address with a freight dock or forklift, or in some cases, to a nearby freight terminal. These kits are shipped on pallets via LTL freight.

Deliveries to residential, rural, or farm addresses will incur additional charges due to increased carrier fees. Please contact us with any questions about your delivery location before ordering.

 

Shipping

  • Standard Ground Shipping:
    1–5 business days for individual items such as pumps, jacks, and accessories.
  • Freight (LTL) Shipping:
    Palletized freight items require 5–8 business days for handling and processing.
  • Delivery Restrictions:
    All orders must ship to a physical address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders with PO Box addresses may be delayed or canceled.
  • Alaska & Hawaii:
    We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but these orders must be placed by phone to ensure accurate quotes and shipping arrangements.
  • Delivery Times:
    Estimated delivery is 3–9 business days, depending on location and order type. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

 

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
  • Return Costs:
    Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Return Authorization Required:
    All returns must be approved in advance and returned within 7 days of approval.
  • Restocking Fee:
    Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds are issued for the product price only and do not include shipping costs.
